FALA7 Investments, LLC  was founded in 1999  for the purpose of purchasing and operating quality residential and commercial rental properties and rehabbing residential properties to sell throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.   The need for quality rentals with an experienced and professional staff was recognized during these early years and we began to expand our rental base.  In the process of managing and rehabbing our properties, we began a separate construction and remodeling company to provide quality repairs, rehab and construction for others under the name SHOCK Construction.  As FALA7 began to grow and prosper, we expanded into purchasing land parcels for sale and development.  We are also licensed real estate agents and are able to assist you with purchasing homes.
